Break free with engineered workouts to build total fitness
Miles had a sudden halt to his teenage athletic potential in Boston when he was riding his bicycle and collided with an car. After recovering for three months in the hospital from having both legs broken, he found himself frustrated as to how he would be capable of improving his strength and conditioning to continue toward his goals of playing college sports. Well without a coach or program to guide him, Miles immersed himself in books, classes, and practice to discover how the body works together to build his body.
He developed the physical conditioning necessary for success in collegiate football and track & field. Miles had insights with how important the old bodybuilding exercises combined with traditional Olympic weightlifting movements can build strength along with lean muscle. The results from his education and experience is a life which is free from physical discomfort from lack of muscle tone, limited joint range of motion, poor circulation, weak respiratory system, or poor diet. His success and expertise with programs and coaching has become well known is dedicated to changing the course of organized exercise and workout program.
“Miles is an excellent teacher. I’ve gained an understanding of how the muscles relate to each other and built muscle tone and flexibility in short period of time.” Gene K., AZ

CrossQuadrant Conditioning (CQC) System
The CrossQuadrant training principle is the balance of strength, stamina, flexibility, and agility in all eight quadrants of the body. The intersection of all the planes of the body is the true Core Movement Center (CMC) where all action has its foundation. Every quadrant needs to be developed, conditioned, and coordinated with each other for complete CrossQuandrant Conditioning (CQC).
The core muscles of the body are comprised of the hundreds of muscles which keep the shoulder joints and the hip joints in proper position and alignment. Essentially the core maintains correct posture of the torso and major movement muscles. The muscles of the midsection or “inner core” are primarily responsible for holding the rib cage and hips in correct posture. The large muscle groups on the torso and hips or “outer core” are then used for movement of the body. C2 = Inner Core + Outer Core are a system that needs to be synchronized constantly to perform functional exercise or even daily tasks efficiently.
All the sections of the monthly conditioning cycle apply progressive physical adaptation, or the S.A.I.D principle of exercise, for increased conditioning and physical development of these quadrants. This simply means that as soon as a task has become easy for the body to perform you must add more time or intensity to the same task for the body to improve again.
The body has 4 upper quadrants and 4 lower quadrants.
